- Where customers can track their orders?
Customers can track their order using our tracker app "Shop", available in our section "Track My Order". Simply add your tracking number and get real-time updates on your package.
- Is it possible to change the order and how it can be done?
Yes, as long as the order is not ready, you can request changes by reaching out to orders@305produce.us with your order number and instructions.
- If customer received only part of the whole order, what should be done?
Don't worry, it's normal to receive different items in different packages. Depending on your order list, we will ship your items together or separately. In that case, we will cover all shipping costs for you.
- Can a loyal customer get a discount?
Absolutely, loyal customers are part of our family. Subscribe to our Newsletter to receive unlimited discount codes and free samples from new collections.
- When is the next promotion?
Sales & Promotions are announced by email before a collection drops, our IG @305produce is also a good way to be updated.

- How can an order be cancelled?
You may cancel an order for a full refund as long as your order has not shipped. To cancel your order, please email orders@305produce.us
If your order has already shipped, we are unable to cancel your order.
- If an order is shipped, separately will there be double shipping charge?
No, we will cover the shipping cost for you.
- Customs fees and/or taxes for international orders.
If you placed an order outside of the United States, your order may be subject to custom fees. Every country has its own set of regulations so please contact your local postal service or custom office to learn more about how your country handles taxes and duties.
We are not responsible for any additional fees that your country may charge for importing goods, and it is the sole responsibility of the customer to pay customs fees on each item that is ordered. Customers might be responsible for multiple customs charges from their customs office if multiple items are ordered that are shipped separately. These fees are set by your local postal service or customs office and are the responsibility of the customer.
Also, please be aware that there may be rare occurrences where customs will delay the transit time of some packages.
